As a Certified Functional Nutritional Therapist based in Wellington, New Zealand, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve optimal health through personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies. With over two decades of personal health journey experience, I have developed a deep understanding of the pivotal role that nutrient-dense foods and balanced living play in enhancing well-being.

My journey into functional nutrition was deeply personal. After many years of seeing multiple doctors and experiencing chronic fatigue, severe digestive issues, sinus issues and skin problems, I was diagnosed with stage IV endometriosis through a laparoscopy surgery. This pivotal moment led me to explore healing through nutrition and lifestyle changes. By eliminating gluten, dairy, refined sugars, and focusing on nutrient-dense foods and reducing stress, I regained control of my health and even achieved a successful pregnancy, defying medical expectations.

I firmly believe in the body’s innate ability to heal when provided with the appropriate nutrients and environment. By adopting a holistic, bio-individual approach, I tailor my recommendations to each client’s unique needs, ensuring that one-size-fits-all solutions are replaced with customized plans that promote sustainable health improvements.

I emphasize the importance of understanding one’s body and making informed dietary choices that foster long-term wellness. My approach is client-centered, focusing on educating and equipping individuals with the tools necessary to make lasting lifestyle changes. For this reason, I have also been running classes teaching people how to bake gluten-free sourdough bread, make kombucha and dairy-free yoghurt.
